Section 10.31, Subdivision 11 (E) -Minimum plumbing <br />requirements of RS code not valid as structure (seasonal <br />dwelling) is less than 800 s.f. in area. Applicant is <br />required to address existing plumbing needs, sink in kitchen <br />area. <br />8. Section 10.31, Subdivision 11 (F) -Smoke detectors and fire <br />extinguishers required. <br />9. Section 10.31, Subdivision 18 (F) -Non-conforming <br />substandard buildings or structures. There shall be no <br />setback exceptions permitted for any horizontal building <br />addition or hardcover increase of any kind within 75' of the <br />shoreline or within 26' of any wetland. Applicant's <br />proposed improvements do not fall within the exception set <br />forth in Subdivision 18 and requires variance approvals even <br />for improvements within existing building envelope. <br />Please review Exhibit E, Gaffron's memo that reviews <br />pertinent ordinances that govern requirements of septic <br />capabilities for property based on existing and proposed <br />improvements. <br />10.
