Zoning Applications #1785, 1781/1782, 1783/1784 <br />December 9, 1992 <br />Page 2 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission unanimously approved the lot line <br />rearrangement and variances and conditional use permits for new <br />construction on proposed Lots 1 and 2. The Planning Commission <br />adopted the conditions of approval set forth by staff in the <br />attached staff memos. Councilmembers are encouraged to review <br />the enclosed memo for greater detail. <br />Council Action <br />The enclosed preliminary subdivision approval resolution has <br />been drafted per the Planning Commission's recommendation. <br />Please note that the resolutions for variance and conditional use <br />permits for the new construction on Lots 1 and 2 cannot be <br />drafted until the final plat is presented for Council's action. <br />As for Application #1781/1782 and #1783/1784, Council may <br />provide conceptual direction to staff to provide the required <br />approval resolutions at the time the subdivision is presented for <br />final Council approval at a later date. <br />lsv
