Zoning File #1087 <br />December 3, 1986 <br />Page 5 <br />The Planning Commission amended the staff recommendation on Page 3 of <br />this memo by excluding the condition that would require renewal of the <br />conditional use permit in five year intervals in order to assure stability <br />of tower structure. Planning Commission felt if the City Engineer did not <br />address this issue that there would be no basis for placing such a <br />condition on this permit. <br />The Planning Commission did agree that the applicant obtain a signed <br />acknowledgement form by the most affected neighbor assuring that neighbor <br />is fully aware of the full height of the tower structure. Staff has not as <br />received a copy of this form (see Exhibit Q). <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation for your review and action. <br />
