Bernier, Doug Klint and Gary Barr <br />Final Subdivision - Resolution <br />The applicantE have been able to fulfill. all conditions of <br />preliminary approval except that the mylar copies have been held <br />up at the County and may not be available for our meeting night. <br />The mylars may be executed by the Clerk and Mayor after the <br />meeting day based on the Council granting final approval of the <br />subdivision. <br />Staff would have delayed approval but this is the last <br />Council meeting of 1986 and as always there is the usual push to <br />get all divisions filed. Remember as of January 1st all real <br />estate taxes due in 1987 must be paid in full against all <br />properties approves for division. <br />Staff recommends final approval of the plat Casco Cove <br />subject to the findings and conditions set forth in the enclosed <br />resolution. <br />
