All final submittals must be submitteJ to this office 10 days befork <br />the meeting at which Council will grant final subdivision approval. <br />The Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. Regular <br />meetings are rescheduled if they conflict w_th a national holiday. <br />NOTE: <br />In order to vacate the existing drainage and utilities easement <br />between existing Lots 1 and 2, the City must hold another public <br />hearing. For clerical purposes, we must treat this as a separate <br />application. The fee for such an application will be $50.
