Provide 3 copies of a _Certificate of Survey locating all <br />proposed dividing lines with all dimensions and angles noted, <br />pins must be set at all corners. Provide metes and bounds <br />descriptions of Parcels A, B, C, and D (per your proposed <br />division survey and per Exhibit G attached) on face of drawing. <br />Provide on the survey signature lines for all involved property <br />owners (spouse and all other persons with interest in the <br />property - A11 3.copies signed by all .parties) the Mayor, City <br />Clerk, and date of final approval. <br />2. On the survey, show the location of the existing house on Lot <br />2 Block 1. <br />3. On the survey, show the location of a new drainage easement, <br />5' either side of the new division line. <br />4. Provide an executed drainage and utilities easement document <br />for the easement described in item 3. <br />5. Provide 2 copies of survey 1"=200' for City records. <br />6. The property owners must complete combination forms at the <br />C:_ty offices upon final approval of the lot line rearrangement <br />(Parcel A to be combined with Parcel B, Parcel C to be combined <br />with Parcel D). <br />7. Provide documentation that a drainage easement has been <br />granted by Lot 1 (Parcels C and D) in favor of Lot 2 (Parcels A <br />and B) over the underground drain tile serving the existing <br />house. <br />
