112686.2 <br />City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />t NO. <br />1986 COMPARABLE WORTH SALARY ADJUSTMENTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono a municipality in the state <br />of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS Minnesota Statute 471.992 requires that the City <br />undertake a comparable worth study and implement the results by <br />August 1, 1987; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono budgeted and selected to <br />commence implementation of comparable worth in 1986; and <br />WHEREAS, data for complete implementation will not be <br />avaialable during 1986; and <br />WHEREAS, the below listed adjustments represent initial <br />movements to effect comparable worth changes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono establishes the following revised salaries and <br />wages for employees effective January 1, 1986. <br />Name Position Proposed 186 <br />Thomas Kuehn Finance Director $38,500 <br />Joan Lattin Assistant Finance Director 24,300 <br />Dorothy Hallin City Clerk 24,300 <br />Michael Gaffron Asst.
