Zoning File #922 <br />December 2, 1986 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Van Eeckhout has submitted an application to vacate the old <br />drainage and utility easements along the old lot lines, which will be <br />before the Planning Commission as a public hearing in January. Staff <br />will be recommending approval of this vacation conditioned upon <br />granting of the new proposed easements in return. <br />City Engineer, Glenn Cook, has reviewed the drainageway leading <br />from the property toward the east and under Brown Road and finds that <br />no changes to the existing drainageway are necessary. <br />Staff Recommendation: <br />Staff finds that all requirements of the City of Orono for a <br />metes and bounds lot line rearrangement subdivision have been met by <br />the applicant and property owners. Staff recommends approval per the <br />attached resolution. <br />
