City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />2. The owner of combined Parcels B & C shall execute a Special <br />Lot Combination Agreement with the City of Orono recognizing the <br />common onwership and limitations on use of Lot 6, Skarp and <br />Lindquist's Fernhill, an undeveloped, riparian lot divided from <br />Parcels B & C by an unimproved public roadway. <br />3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate <br />of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono on or before May <br />24, 1987 together with a certified original copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that <br />event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of <br />Orono for subdivision review. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this 24th <br />day of November, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk Mayor <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
