City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. - ----- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION OF <br />A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR <br />HANS G. WEILER AND DON KEMPF <br />FILE NO. 1003 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, <br />economic and safe development of land within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for <br />a subdivision by Hans G. Weiler and Don Kempf, (hereinafter "the <br />subdividers") of properties legally described as follows: <br />Lots 22, 23, 30 and 31, Skarp and Lindquist's Fernhill, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />Lots 20, 21, 32 and 33, Skarp and Lindquist's Fernhill, according <br />to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all requirements of <br />the City for metes and bounds subdivisions for division and <br />combination purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot <br />line rearrangement for Hans G. Weiler and Don Kempf as shown on the <br />Certificate of Survey by Harry S. Johnson dated March 25, 1986 and <br />attached to this resolution, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City Council of <br />Orono, the owner of Parcel B as described in the Certificate of <br />Survey referenced above must apply to the City for legal <br />combination for tax purposes with Parcel C as described in the <br />same survey. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
