The Constitution and <br />Bylaws of United States Power Squadrons and any rules and <br />regulations made pursuant thereto, not inconsistent with Federal, <br />State, and local laws, shall take precedence over those of this <br />Squadron, and all provisions thereof affecting the conduct of the <br />affairs of this Squadron shall prevail. <br />ARTICLE II <br />OBJECTS <br />Section 2.01 <br />be: <br />The objects of Minnetonka Power Squadron shall <br />2.01.1 To associate selectively, as a boating <br />fraternity, congenial persons of good character having a <br />common love and appreciation of boating; <br />2.01.2 To encourage and promote boating, power and <br />~and to provide a practical means to foster <br />fraternal and social relationships among its Members <br />interested in boating; <br />2.01.3 To encourage and promote a high amateur <br />standard of skill in the handling and navigation of <br />boating, power and sail; to encourage and promote the <br />science and art of navigation, seamanship, and small boat <br />handling; to develop and promote instructional programs <br />for the benefit of its Members; and to stimulate its <br />Members to increase their knowledge of and skill in <br />-1-
