WHEREAS,the parties desire to memorialize their agreement regarding maintenance and <br /> repair of the lake access easement area; <br /> ACCORDINGLY, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br /> sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged,the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1. The contents of the Recitals set forth above shall constitute a part of this Lake Access <br /> Easement. <br /> 2. Selden Thompson Robb, Jr. and Helen A.Robb,husband and wife; and John F. Robb, <br /> an unmarried individual, (GRANTORS) hereby grant to Janet M. Fieger, an <br /> unmarried individual, and her guests, invitees, heirs, assignees and transferees <br /> (GRANTEE) a non-exclusive easement for lake access purposes across the <br /> GRANTOR PARCEL limited to a ten foot grass path directly adjacent to the East Lot <br /> Line of Lot 21, Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka running from the street to the lake <br /> (the"EASEMENT PATH")to benefit and be appurtenant the GRANTEE PARCEL. <br /> 3. GRANTEE will be responsible for repairing any damage to EASEMENT PATH <br /> including re-grading and re-seeding. GRANTOR will be responsible for mowing of <br /> the EASEMENT PATH. <br /> 4.
