Fieger, and <br /> unmarried individual, ("GRANTEE"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, GRANTORS are the fee owners of the following described property in <br /> Hennepin County,Minnesota: <br /> Lots 19,20 and 21,Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka(the"GRANTOR PARCEL") <br /> WHEREAS, GRANTEE is the fee owner of the following described property in <br /> Hennepin County,Minnesota: <br /> Lots 22,23 and 24, Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka(the"GRANTEE PARCEL"). <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Orono,Hennepin County,Minnesota has adopted Ordinance No. <br /> 236 allowing "An owner of a riparian lot within the Seasonal Recreational (RS) zoning district <br /> may grant an easement over their riparian, RS zoned property to benefit a non-riparian,RS zone <br /> property for lake access purposes." <br /> WHEREAS,both the GRANTOR PARCEL and the GRANTEE PARCEL are within the <br /> Seaasonal Recreational (RS)zoning district. <br /> WHEREAS,the GRANTOR PARCEL is a riparian lot and the GRANTEE PARCEL is a <br /> non-riparian lot. <br /> WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to memorialize an easement for lake access <br /> purposes over the GRANTOR PARCEL to benefit and be appurtenant to the GRANTEE <br /> PARCEL; and <br /> 1 <br /> LAKE ACCESS AGREEMENT <br />
