The request includes after- <br />the-fact variances for hardcover in the 0-75' lakeshore setback. <br />Thomas Michael Randgaard, 2765 Shadywood Road , requests a conditional <br />use permit to permit a 16' extension of a permanent dock within Carrnan's <br />Bay of Lake Minnetonka. <br />Steven and Sheila Sigel , 1399 Park Drive, request variances to permit <br />replacing a second story deck with a three season porch encroaching 78' into <br />the average lakeshore setback to allow an 80' setback, where 158' is required <br />from the lakeshore and to permit 4 ,188 sq. ft. (30.08%) of hardcover in the <br />75-250' lakeshore setback where 3 ,481.25 sq. ft. (29 .9%) is allowed. <br />Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3745 Shoreline Drive, requests variances <br />to permit a 1 0'x4' sign to replace an existing entrance sign in a residential <br />zoning district. <br />Ann and Gil Anderson, 845 '\Villow Drive South , request a front yard <br />setback variance to permit a 1 0'xl 8' residential addition 36.5' from the front <br />property line where 50' is required.
