<br />2780 Kelley Parkway on Wednesday , January
<br />19, 2000, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on the
<br />matter of reviewing the following land use

<br />· required; a lot coverage variance to permit
<br />greater than 15% structural coverage;
<br />variances to permit 2,624 sq . ft. (27 .6%) feet
<br />of hardcover in the 0-75'. lakeshore setback,
<br />where no hardcover is allowed ; and variances
<br />to permit structure within 75' of the OHWL of
<br />Lake Minnetonka , wh ere no structure is
<br />allowed .

<br />average /akeshore setback variance to
<br />perm it a 20' encroachment into the lakeshore
<br />setback; side yard variances to permit a
<br />10.62' setback to the north property line and a

<br />second story addition where a 30' setback is
<br />required; and hardcover variances to perm it
<br />5 ,745 .5 sq . ft . (26 .27%) of hardcover in the
<br />75-250' lakeshore setback , where 25% is
<br />allowed .

<br />Shadywood Road, requests variances to
