The property is located within the LR-1C Single Family Lakeshore Residential <br /> . Zoning District requiring a minimum of '/2 acre of contiguous dry buildable land <br /> within each�newly created lot. � { � � <br /> . � <br /> 2. The property contains a total of 1.22 acres of land. <br /> t <br /> 3. Lots 1 and 2 each meet the minimum size requirements for lots in the LR-1 C zoning <br /> district.
