Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the <br />plat, easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves t1le plat of Peterman Addition, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota; subject to t'e following conditions: <br />1. The City Council finds c'iiat after careful review of existing <br />development and lot densities within the surrounding area that <br />the subdividers need not grant easements for future access at <br />this time. Access tc Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Peterman Ad6. ' ion <br />shall be via the private road, Outlot A and lots creatt.,1 by <br />future subdivisions s'.iall also he served by a future private road <br />within said Outlo•: A. <br />2. Subdividers arc- placed on notice that the private road <br />installed within the right-of-way of Outlot A, Peterman Addition, <br />shall serve as access for all lots created by the future <br />subdivision of Lot 2, Hal.ison Estates located to the immediate <br />east of said Outlot. <br />3. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with <br />the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or before May 10, 1987, <br />together with a certified iginal copy of this Resolution and <br />executed copies f the covenants and easements noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the <br />plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
