City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOL,7^ION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />PETERMAN ADDITION <br />FILE NO. 1026 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of that State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City;'and <br />WHEREAS, the ' t.v Council ::as - sidered the application for <br />a subdivision by Mic. tel J. Dedication on the plat of draina Te and utility ens e ,ts. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of right: -of -way for public roads <br />shown as Watertown Road anti Old Crystal Bay Road. <br />4. Creation of a new pr* _k-e road shown on the plat as <br />Outlot A. <br />5.
