City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOL,7^ION APPROVING THE PLAT OF <br />PETERMAN ADDITION <br />FILE NO. 1026 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of that State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono has adopted <br />subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development <br />of land within the City;'and <br />WHEREAS, the ' t.v Council ::as - sidered the application for <br />a subdivision by Mic. tel J. Hilhel.j..:k and John E. Vog* the <br />subdividers; and <br />WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to mE _ _11 <br />standards of the RR-lB Rural Residential Zoning District finding that <br />each lot is of a -:s ze and conf 4guration that will allow its use as a <br />single fam.4'"es nce to be fully developed without the need of any <br />variances <br />.BAS, the subdividers nave completed all requirements of <br />the platt.i.nu regulations of the City, including: <br />1. completion of all the -equiremr fits of Resolution No. 2035. <br />2. Dedication on the plat of draina Te and utility ens e ,ts. <br />3. Dedication on the plat of right: -of -way for public roads <br />shown as Watertown Road anti Old Crystal Bay Road. <br />4. Creation of a new pr* _k-e road shown on the plat as <br />Outlot A. <br />5.
