Mr. Conry chose to use the standards for the First Addition which <br />was 2 inches. Staff is presently trying to document that he was <br />in fact told that the new standards were 3 prior to Countryside <br />extention being poured. <br />NORTH ARM BRIDGE PROPERTY - As you will recall during the <br />presentation by JoEllen Hurr she raised the issue of County <br />property abutting North Arm bridge that had been placed for sale <br />next to the LaBresh property. Closing date for bids was on <br />Tuesday, October 28, 1986. No bids were received and therefore <br />the property will not be sold at this time. The City will <br />however be working to convince the County that this should not be <br />released for sale. <br />GOALS AND OBJECTIVES - Please see the attached update. <br />
