103186.7 <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator'N <br />Ok <br />DATE: Ocutber 31, 1986 <br />SUBJECT: 1987 Meeting Schedule Approval <br />ISSUE - Adoption of the City's 1987 meeting schedule for Council, <br />Park and Planning Commissions. <br />DISCUSSION - Before commencement of 1.987 it is requested that the <br />schedule be established so that Council, Par,; and Planning <br />Commission members can develop their 1987 personal schedules. <br />The significant change for 1987 is the addition of a second <br />meeting for Planning Commission members in the May through August <br />time frame. This is proposed to be used only when the agendas <br />appear to have numerous items and that staff based on <br />applications received would cancel the second date if not needed. <br />RECOMMENDA_T_I_ON - It is staff's recommendation that the schedule <br />be adopted including the additional meetings for Planning <br />Commi--sion to even out the work load for both Planning Commission <br />and stair. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by `, seconded by _ , City Council of <br />the City of Orono adopted the a`tached schedule for 1987 <br />meetings.
