Business signs shall be allowed as flat wall <br />signs which shall not extend more than <br />eighteen (18) inches from the face of the a <br />building. Such business signs shall not <br />exceed one hundred (100) square feet in <br />surface area or 20% of the building facing <br />whichever is greater, nor shall two (2) or <br />more similar signs be so arranged in <br />integrated as to create a surface area in <br />excess of these requirements. Such signs may <br />be illuminated. The building facing means <br />that part of the center designated for the <br />particular business in question. <br />C. Signs as permitted and regulated in paragraph <br />g) of this subdivision. <br />d. All signs over four (4) square feet in <br />surface area shall be set back at least (10) <br />feet from any front property line. <br />Signs in B-3 service business districts, and B-4 <br />general business districts signs are permitted subject <br />to the following regulations: <br />1) In the B-3 and B-4 business districts, signs are <br />permitted subject to the following: <br />a. The total surface area of all business signs <br />on a lot shall not exceed the sum of two (2) <br />square feet per lineal foot of building <br />frontage, or one hundred (100) square feet in <br />area, or fifteen (15) percent of the building <br />face upon which the sign is placed, whichever <br />is greater, but not to exceed three hundred <br />(300) square feet, nor shall two (2) or more <br />smaller signs be so arranged and integrated <br />as to create a surface area in excess of <br />these requirements. In the case of corner <br />lots, the least width of a corner lot shall <br />be the front for purposes of the ordinance. <br />Such signs may be illuminated. <br />b. Advertising sign structures shall be limited <br />to not more than one for a lot of two hundred <br />(200) foot frontage or less and to only one <br />per each additional two hundred (200) feet of <br />additional lot frontage, and in no case may <br />such signs be so placed as to be closer than <br />two hundred (200) feet to any other <br />13 -) 2— <br />
