Business signs for conditional uses shall be <br />limited to one pylon sign thirty five (35) <br />square feet in surface area or one sign fifty <br />(50) square feet in surface are if attached <br />to the building. Such sign may be <br />illuminated. <br />e. Signs as permitted and regulated in paragraph <br />g) of this subdivision. <br />f. Neighborhood shopping centers shall be <br />permi-,;ted such signs not to exceed two <br />hundred (200) square feet in surface <br />area, thirty five (35) feet in height <br />and located on the shopping center <br />property provided that each such center <br />shall be limited to one such sign per <br />major thor-oughfare approach to the <br />cen er. uch s--rgr may be illuminated. <br />2. Community shopping centers shall be <br />permitted such signs not to exceed three <br />hundred (300) square feet each in <br />surface area, fifty (50) feet in height, <br />and located on the shopping center <br />property provided that each such center <br />shall be limited one such sign per major <br />thoroughfare approach to the center. <br />Such signs may be illuminated. <br />3. Regional shopping centers shall be <br />permitted such signs not to exceed four <br />hundred (400) square feet each surface <br />area, seventy. (70) feet in height, and <br />located on the shopping center property <br />provided that each such center shall be <br />
