10 29 - 2 <br />10-29-2 <br />SERVICE ENTRANCE: Secondary passage or opening to a structure which is <br />intended for delivery and removal of merchandise or <br />goods, and which is not intended as a public entrance. <br />SIGN: Any written announcement, declaration, <br />demonstration, display, illustration, insignia or <br />illumination used to advertise or promote the interest of <br />any person or persons when the same is displayed or <br />placed out of doors in view of the general public, or <br />inside of a building within three feet (3') of a transparent <br />window. In addition, the term "sign, <br />pylon" shall also mean a sign inflated or otherwise <br />-neoded or anchored to mooring lines or cables <br />solidly affixed to the ground or attached to a building.
