A RESOLUTION DECLARING ' <br />NOVEMBER 28, 1986 AS <br />JOAN LATTIN DAY IN THE CITY OF ORONO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal co: -ation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of r4liLnesota, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has been employed by the City of <br />Orono from December 13, 1965 to December 31, 1972 and from ,July <br />15, 1974 to December 15, 1986, and <br />WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has served as Finance Director and <br />Office Coordinator to the City of Orono from May 1968 to December <br />1972 and from July 1974 to June 1976, and <br />WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has served as Assistant Finance <br />Director or Deputy Treasurer and Deputy Clerk to the City of <br />Orono from December 1966 to May 1968 and from June 1976 to <br />December 1986, and <br />WHEREAS, Joan Lattin has been a positive asset to the <br />community and a steadying influence to the City staff, and <br />WHEREAS, Joan Lattin is retiring after 19 1/2 years of <br />public service. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, November 28, 1986, is <br />declared as Joan Lattin Day in the City of Orono in honor of her <br />many years of service. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, this <br />27th day of October 1986. <br />Mary C.
