Gaffron requested that <br />the above item be tabled until October 13, 1986. I tele- <br />vhoned the city and spoke with Jean Nlaebush who informed <br />me that it would in fact be tabled until October 13, 1986. <br />1 am writing this memo since I will not be able to attend <br />this meeting on October 13, 1986. I would very much like <br />to be present and heard at any meeting relating to the above <br />subject. I will be in town on October 27, 1986 if it is <br />possible to reschedule the meeting until that date.
