Ebe,hn <br />The access of the Busy Beaver Day Care as rroposed is not approved due to <br />unsafe site distances for traffic on Highway 12. It is suggested that the <br />access be located at f-',Psoutheast corner of the property opposite the Brick <br />Church access. A tu• lane should also be constructed for traffic from the <br />east where a median currently exists. <br />Upon inspection of the area, we suggest that access to the Busy Beaver Day <br />Care be shared by the adjacent cemetery property to the east.
