Motion, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Massengale moved, Searles seconded, to approve <br />the preliminary grading a—] foundation permit <br />of certain areas which will be graded pursuant <br />to a plan being adopted, bui no grading in <br />other areas which are not shown on the present <br />plans being adopted. The grading and `:-)nstruction <br />will be allowed for the foundation at tie present <br />time. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />The City Staff and Council reviewed the COMBINATION OF LOTS <br />application for Mr. John Pembroke, 4111 Oak 4111 Oak Street <br />Street, who combined three lots into one. It <br />was noted that these three lots had one sewer <br />assessment for the three lots. Staff noted that <br />because of the availability of municipal sewer, <br />these lots could be combined into one buildable <br />lot. If the sanitary sewer had not been available, <br />these lots would be substandard and therefore <br />no development could take place thereon. Council - <br />members noted that this was one of the advantages <br />of the sanitary sewer pipe as installed for the <br />substandard lots. <br />Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to approve <br />the combination of three lots into one buildable <br />lot for John Pembroke, 4111 Oak Street. Motion, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Welsh roved, Butler seconded, that the request FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />for Joe Braun and Steve Plowman, 3024 Casco 3024 Casco Point Road <br />Point Road, for a final subdivision, be approved <br />subject to reviewing Mr. Braun's engineer's <br />drainage plan. !-lotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Mayor Searles announced that the regularly PLANNING COMMISSION <br />scheduled Planning Commission meeting of July 5, JULY MEETING DATE <br />1976, will be postponed to July 6, 1976. The <br />Planning Commission chose to cancel the July 6, <br />1976 meeting and will hold their regular meeting <br />on July 19, 1976. <br />Mr. John Lambin submitted plans to rebuild a BUILDING PERMIT <br />home destroyed by fire for Mr. George Hanson, Big Island <br />Big Island. Mr. Lambin requested waiving <br />referral to the Planning Commission to allow' <br />him to proceed with construction. (Continued) <br />
