Massengale moved, Searles seconded, to approve the preliminary grading a—] foundation permit of certain areas which will be graded pursuant to a plan being adopted, bui no grading in other areas which are not shown on the present plans being adopted. The grading and `:-)nstruction will be allowed for the foundation at tie present time. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). The City Staff and Council reviewed the COMBINATION OF LOTS application for Mr. John Pembroke, 4111 Oak 4111 Oak Street Street, who combined three lots into one. It was noted that these three lots had one sewer assessment for the three lots. Staff noted that because of the availability of municipal sewer, these lots could be combined into one buildable lot. If the sanitary sewer had not been available, these lots would be substandard and therefore no development could take place thereon. Council - members noted that this was one of the advantages of the sanitary sewer pipe as installed for the substandard lots. Butler moved, Massengale seconded, to approve the combination of three lots into one buildable lot for John Pembroke, 4111 Oak Street. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Welsh roved, Butler seconded, that the request FINAL SUBDIVISION for Joe Braun and Steve Plowman, 3024 Casco 3024 Casco Point Road Point Road, for a final subdivision, be approved subject to reviewing Mr. Braun's engineer's drainage plan. !-lotion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Mayor Searles announced that the regularly PLANNING COMMISSION scheduled Planning Commission meeting of July 5, JULY MEETING DATE 1976, will be postponed to July 6, 1976. The Planning Commission chose to cancel the July 6, 1976 meeting and will hold their regular meeting on July 19, 1976. Mr. John Lambin submitted plans to rebuild a BUILDING PERMIT home destroyed by fire for Mr. George Hanson, Big Island Big Island. Mr. Lambin requested waiving referral to the Planning Commission to allow' him to proceed with construction. (Continued)
