The <br />site is located at Big Island on Lake Minnetonka i1. Orono, <br />Minnesota. <br />The investigation was to determine the percolation rate of the <br />soils on site and to check for the presence of a high water table <br />or evidence of mottled soil that might indicate a seasonally <br />high, fluctuating water table. <br />The investigation consisted of ey—7atory soil borings to aid in <br />identifying soil texture and wat ,onditions. The borings were <br />taken at the locations indicated :gin the attached site plan. <br />INVESTIGATION KETHODS: <br />Percolation tests and one or more deep borings were taken at <br />the locations indicated on the enclosed site plan. Logs of the <br />borings and tests are attached for your installer and inspector's <br />reference. <br />RESULTS: <br />Because the attached boring logs veal the presence of mottled <br />soil and/or high water table at ` high level in _Ae borings, a <br />conventional system will not function at the proposed site. <br />
