Berg <br />asked if the applicant wou.ld be impacted by moving the structure back three to five feet to eliminate the <br />need for the average lakeshore setback variance. <br />Johnson stated he is not sure whether that would impact them and noted the majority of the screen porch <br />is outside the average lakeshore setback but the deck is not.
