The property owner has provided <br />proposed legal descriptions for each property; the proposed legal descriptions will need to be <br />revised to exclude the portions of ROW ... <br />As part of this approval the applicant will be required to file the appropriate documents (certificates <br />of title or new deeds) based on the new legal descriptions to officially combine the PIDs. Staff will <br />work with the property owner and the City Attorney to ensure that the necessary documents are <br />prepared and filed. Record Lot #30 will also be extinguished as part of this application as it is being <br />absorbed into Record Lots #24 and #27.
