Yaeger to relocate cabin within 6 months, to a conforming location within Lots <br />64-65, and provide it with a conforming foundation. <br />4. No plumbing allowed in cabin until a conforming septic system is provided. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff supports the proposed method of resolving this matter, which results in no net increase of <br />building sites on Big Island, and may result in a decrease in the overall number of potential building <br />sites.
