The City is open to discussion regarding which existing Record Lot <br />will be joined with Lots 8-9-10-11. It would be appropriate that the final disposition of these <br />four lots be determined prior to the July 13 meeting if possible. Applicant should also provide <br />evidence of a purchase agreement for acquisition of Lot 65.
