#2361 -Yaeger <br />July 7, 1998 <br />Page 2 <br />Bruntjen and Farnes submitted a letter dated June 22 indicating they agreed to this proposed <br />reconfiguration of designated Record Lots. It is still undetermined which adjacent Record Lot(s) <br />will be the recipient(s) of Lots 8-9-10-11, and the Resolution is worded in a manner that continues <br />these 4 lots in an 'unbuildable' status until such time that they are attached to an adjacent buildable <br />Record Lot. <br />The Resolution also incorporates the appropriate standard findings and conditions of the 'automatic <br />lot area variance' resolutions which have been adopted for a majority of the Big Island properties <br />since 1984. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached resolution. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached resolution for the redesignation of Record Lot 15 on Big Island and granting a <br />lot area variance for the newly designated Record Lot 15. <br />Proposed Motion: Moved by __ , seconded by __ , to adopt Resolution No. __ granting <br />a lot area variance and revising the Record Lot designation for Big Island Record Lot 15. <br />Vote: _ayes, _nays.
