Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation . <br /> Easement providing for limitations on the use of wetlands <br /> and/or drainageways described therein and shown on the <br /> plat as "drainage easements" . <br /> 6 . Execution of a Subdivider ' s Agr�ement providing for the <br /> paving of approximately 150 lineal feet of the private <br /> road as a condition of subdivision approval. <br /> 7. Payment to the Cit,y of a Park �Dedication Fee in the amount <br /> of $400 . 00 . � <br /> 8 . Payment to the City for the legal review and recording of <br /> the plat and all documents. related thereto in the amount <br /> of $75 .00 . � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Wakefield Farms Third Addition, <br /> • Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br /> l. Al�l lots will access via Ruann Road with no direct access <br /> permitted to Dld Long Lake Road. � <br /> 2 . The plat road must be brought up to current rural standard; <br /> � at the time Outlot A is developed. <br /> 3 . The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin County <br /> Recorder ' s Office on or before November 23, 1983 together <br /> with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br /> ' executed copies of the easements and covenants described <br /> herein. <br /> The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has not <br /> been filed by the date specified above .
