Public use of the other areas originally platted as Brackett <br /> Avenue has been non-existant since the roadway wasrelocated and <br /> " rebuilt prior to 194�D; and these areas are useless for the public <br /> purpose for which they were laid-out and dedicated , these areas <br /> being defined in Finding l�a and 10c above . <br /> 23.
