A practical difficulty in exercising riparian rights only on <br /> Tanagerlakeisthatthechannelbridge height eliminates passage <br /> of all sailboats or any other boat larger than a small runabout. <br /> 27. The public hearing record contains much evidence concerning <br /> adverse effects of past useage and/or continuing usage by the <br /> public of the Molly' s Corner parking lot : <br /> a) Most persons parking in this area trespass on railroad <br /> right—of—way to walk down and fish from the railroad trestle <br /> over Long Lake Creek, and do not cross the highway to Fish on <br /> Browns Bay. <br /> • b) Tresp�ssing is dangerous , illegal , and is difficult to <br /> control . <br /> 10 of 20 <br />
