91686.2 <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT <br />1986 SEWER AND WATER SERVICE CHARGES <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota <br />Statues, therefore pursuant to Chapter 3, Orono City code <br />pertaining to payment of Sewer and Water Charges and collection, <br />the following properties are delinquent in nature; <br />1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County <br />Auditor levy number 10448 for the delinquent sewar and <br />water accounts. <br />2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists <br />of the county and further collect said assessments <br />thereon i,, the manner provided by law. <br />3. That eight percent (8€) be added to the amounts due. <br />Adopted by the City Council of ' I City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held September -2, 1986. <br />Mary C.
