In addition to the penalties incurred <br />during the billing cycle the City adds 8% to the amounts due. <br />Because of the early adoption of the assess -tent roll this year <br />the initial dollar amount of $50,731.67 is higher than normal but <br />is expected to be decreased considerably before the final payment <br />date of November 15, 1986. A copy of the resolution and <br />assessment roll is attached. <br />TO: Mary Butler & Orono Council Members <br />From: Mark E.
