91586.8 <br />ORDINANCE NUMBER 25, SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 9.10 AND ENTITLED <br />'DANGEROUS WEAPONS AND ARTICLES' <br />The City Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />Ordinance Number 9.10 and entitled "Dangerous Weapons and <br />Articles" is amended to read. <br />Subdivision 7. Permits Occasional. Occasional permits valid for <br />a period of fifteen (15) days or less may be granted to clubs or <br />persons as follows: <br />C. Bow and arrow hunting be allowed on an occasional <br />basis to remove problematic animal: to an individual who <br />has obtained the appropriate license from the State, has <br />written permission from the property owner, specifically <br />authorized by the Chief of Police and is no closer than <br />500 feet to any property line. <br />This ordinance becomes effective on SeptembeL 30, 1986. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,Minnesota at a <br />regular mrci.:ng held this 22nd day of September, 1986. <br />Mary C.
