II. Imposition of Height Restrictions <br />The City's Code provides at Section 10.08 subd. 3(B) that <br />...the Council may impose conditions in granting of <br />variances to insure compliance with this Chapter <br />and to protect adjacent properties.... <br />Thus, the Code permits the Council to impose limitations on a <br />variance which may restrict, among other things, height of a <br />structure permitted by a variance. <br />1086k <br />mjb <br />-3- <br />
