While the <br />budget represent an increase of 43% over the 1986 r '^et, it does <br />ref lect the gearing up of the studio and the comma cn with its <br />Administrator. Additionally it is nc.ted that t,,f cable fees <br />generated for 1987 will be about 8% and that the budget will be <br />within the cable franchise fee revenues. <br />RECOMMENDATION - After a review of the budget it is staff's <br />recommendation that *-he Council approve the 1987 budget. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by , that the Orono <br />Cit} Council approve the 1987 Cable Communications Commission <br />budget by roving and transmitting resolution Ayes <br />Nays __ <br />
