Commercial site plan review. 2. Variance to Orono Municipal Code Section 10.50, Subdivision 5 (F) 2 - All subsequent additions and out buildings constructed after the erection of the principal. structure shall be of materials comparable to those used in original construction. Applicant wishes to use a finished metal exterior rather than a brick finish which is used on the principal building. 3. Conditional use permit - Orono Municipal Code Section 10.50, Subdivision 3 (A) 1. to allow an accessory building to be constructed as a loading dock and storage. Use: Industrial Washi ,ton Scientific is proposing to add to their complex a 25' 3" x 100' 3" accessory building for the purpose of storing chemicals and other materials which are presently stored outside and loading facilities.
