Variance to Orono Municipal Code Section 10.50, Subdivision 5 <br />(F) 2 - All subsequent additions and out buildings constructed <br />after the erection of the principal. structure shall be of <br />materials comparable to those used in original construction. <br />Applicant wishes to use a finished metal exterior rather than a <br />brick finish which is used on the principal building. <br />3. Conditional use permit - Orono Municipal Code Section 10.50, <br />Subdivision 3 (A) 1. to allow an accessory building to be <br />constructed as a loading dock and storage. <br />Area: Zoning District I - Industrial <br />Existing building size - approximately 134,250 s.f. <br />Proposed accessory building - 2,531.31 s.f. <br />Use: Industrial <br />Washi ,ton Scientific is proposing to add to their complex a 25' <br />3" x 100' 3" accessory building for the purpose of storing chemicals <br />and other materials which are presently stored outside and loading <br />facilities. <br />
