Planning Commission recommended approval. <br />Councilmember Adams suggested a height restriction be <br />applied. <br />Gary Beito w,,s present for this matter. <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Adams, to adopt Resolution #2025 amending it to include <br />a condition that no addition above the screen porch will <br />be allowed. Planning <br />Commission recommended approval. <br />It was moved by Mayor Butler, seconded by Councilmember <br />Grabek, to adopt Resolution t2026 approving the variance <br />as presented.
