Two locations between Old Crystal Bay Road and Willow Drive were <br />selected. The future street should be located to provide maximum property <br />access with a minimum of number of private driveway access points. <br />The north -south street should be connected to a westerly extension of Wood- <br />haven Drive as additional property is developed. <br />Field observations of the proposed access points indicate that access point 1 <br />as shown on the attached plan is the belt location. 'he sight distance is <br />clear between Willow Drive and Old Crystn.i Bay Road for access point 1. <br />Access point 2 may meet the minimw sLl;ht distance requirements for the design <br />speed limit.
