10. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of <br />the plat easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. <br />BON, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br />the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Huntington Farm, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Access to all residential pads shall be via the plat <br />road. Building permits for new construction shall not be <br />issued by the City until the required base work has been <br />installed and approved by the City. <br />2. Subdividers must stake all drainfield envelopes prior to <br />any land alterations. <br />3. Culverts shall be installed within Outlot C, the shared <br />driveway, per engineering plans by Coffin 6 Gronberg dated <br />7/28/86. The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District must <br />inspect culverts at time of installation. <br />4. Subdividers are placed on notice that alteration of a <br />designated wetland will require a separate conditional use <br />permit review and that all improvements involving hardcover <br />within commons area must maintain 26 feet setback from edge <br />of designated wetlands. <br />5. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's office on or before <br />February 11, 1987 together with a certified original copy of <br />this Resolution and executed copies of the documents as <br />noted above. <br />The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if <br />the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
