Zoning File 4841 <br />August 6, 1986 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Applicant has asked that one change be made on the final plat. <br />Applicant plans t sell the entire property to Dick Hassel who will <br />reside in the former Winter's residence on Pad 4. The future owner <br />has asked that the barn and coral area be separated from commons area. <br />Hassel wishes to retain the option to either use the barn for the need <br />of his own family or offer for use to the Homeowners Association. <br />Hassel has even noted that he may wish to remove the barn. In any <br />case, Winter's attorney has been advised that the City will required <br />that a special lot combination be executed to assure controls on use <br />of outlot and the commown ownership link between Pad 4 and Outlot D. <br />Note the resolution approving the final plat also specified the need <br />for the special controls on use of Outlot D. <br />Staff sees no problem with applicant's request because Outlot D <br />will still be set aside as an unbuildable property to be credited <br />against dry area needs of PRD. <br />Staff has drafted the enclosed resolution for your review and <br />action. <br />
