The applicant has placed a <br />wooden stake located approximately 9.5 to 10 feet beyond edge of pool for <br />your inspection (refer to staff sketch addtional Exhibit M). The Deck E <br />proposed by Kosak would result in 365 square feet of hardcover. This will <br />allow Kosak to retain stairs in present location, retain deck over most <br />severe sloped section of rear yard adjacent to pool (look under deck) which <br />was the principal reason for expansion of deck/patio area.
