This figure was arrived at with <br />anticip -.ic- of 1 to 1.5% in growth based on new construction <br />together wit.i the 2 1/2 to 3% inflationary increase. <br />In advance ;f September staff would like to establish a date <br />during the week of September 15th for an initial budget hearing. <br />If an additional meeting is needed the week either September <br />22nd or September 29th could be establish..f as needed. The <br />regular Council meeting will be Monday, September 22nd and it is <br />recommended the first budget meeting be either Tuesday September <br />16th, Wednesday the 17th or Thursday the 18th. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by __, to September <br />1986 as the initial budget meeting for the 1987 iget.
