NFLCP CONFERENCE <br />Administrator Hansen said a lot of good programs are being <br />offered, sometimes more than one in the same time slot. She <br />asked if anyone else is interested in going. Chairman Olds <br />said he would be able to go. Leslie Hughes Seamans expressed <br />an interest in going. She will let Holly know within a couple <br />days. if she went, she and Holly could share a hotel room <br />and the cost would be less. Present costs are: Airfare-$228 <br />round trip, Hotel 3 x $65 plus tax, Conference-$175, and <br />Pre -conference workshop-$30. If Leslie Hughes Seamans went <br />the cost would be approximately $450 more. She would be res- <br />ponsible for her other expenses. <br />Motion <br />approve <br />Motion <br />6.17.86.6 DeMonchaux moved, <br />payment of above mentioned <br />carried unanimously. <br />VIII. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />Anderson seconded, to <br />expenses for NFLCP Conference. <br />Purchase of office equipment is still being researched. <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br />Administrator Hansen discussed insurance on equipment, as some <br />people are uneasy about being responsible, and theft also has <br />to be considered. One policy quote was $8 per $100 worth of <br />equipment with a $250 deductible. Mary Smith will check to <br />see if Dow -Sat is covered for theft and what coverage they <br />have. Administrator Hansen will check with other Administrators <br />and General Managers. One of the Committee suggested that if <br />more companies went tocether on the insurance, it might result <br />in a rower premium. <br />Next meeting <br />The next meeting will be held on the 4th Tuesday, July 22. <br />X.
