_ :," <br /> - Ci.t� o� ORONO <br /> • d <br /> a� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ., <br /> No. 3 � <br /> � A RESOLUTION APPROVING A C NDI I N L <br /> • � • • USE PERMIT FOR WILLIAM GREGORY FOR A ' <br /> GUEST HOUSE ON A PROPERTY LOCATED AT ' <br /> - 1410 SHORELINE DRIVE <br /> WHEREAS , the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br /> and existing under the laws of- the State of Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to State Statutes 412 et. seq. and 462 et. seq. <br /> the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted zoning regulations for <br /> the protection of the public heaZth, safety and general welfare; and <br /> WHEREAS , pursuant to Ordinance 34 .027 William Gregory, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the applicant , has applied for a conditionaT use permit to <br /> permit construction of a principal dwelling and a11ow the existing dwelling <br /> to remain as a guest house on the property 1egally described as follows and <br /> hereinafter referred to as the property: <br /> .
